Registration Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and successful registration process for SIMUN VI, please adhere to the following guidelines. To complete a valid registration, participants must:

• • • Fill out the online registration form available below.

    • The maximun number of delegates in one delegation is 7 while the minimun number is 6.

    • Registration Fee per Delegate is PKR 2500/- and per Delegation PKR 3500/-.

    • Registration Deadline is the 3rd of November, and the Payment Deadline is the 5th of November.

    • Compulsory committees are UNSC, UNHRC, SPECPOL, DISEC, PNA, and CSW.

    • Failure to meet the registration criteria, including inaccuracies and incomplete submissions, may result in disqualification of the team or individual from the conference.

    • Committee preferences on the registration form will be considered but do not guarantee slots in case of unavailability.

    • It is crucial to double-check all information before submitting the registration form to prevent errors that could lead to exclusion or disqualification.

    • Upon registration, a proof of the payment must be shared with the registration department via email.

    • Upon successful registration, a confirmation email with further instructions will be sent.    Review this email carefully for additional details about the conference.
